Booking Terms and Conditions - The planet Galway
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to get a full refund.
- Please present at reception at least 10mins before your booked time. We will endeavour to accommodate latecomers but only if there is availability. No refund is available for cancellations arriving after booked time.
- Customers will be required to show a proof of booking (their email confirmation).
