Student skate and drink

Welcome to the midweek escape! Grab your friends and enjoy an afternoon skating session. Plus, elevate the experience with ‘Sip & Skate’: after skating, head to the bar for a complimentary drink on us. Our budget-friendly ‘Skate & Sip Student Wednesdays’ tickets are just £15. Thank you for your interest in making a school booking for the Ice Rink at Cardiff Winter Wonderland.

To streamline the booking process we now require all school groups wishing to skate at Cardiff Winter Wonderland to complete this form in full, after which one of our school booking team will review the request and advise the applicant on ticket availability for their desired session / sessions.

Please allow 4 business days for requests to be reviewed – our team aim to respond to all enquires within 4 business days. All enquiries are dealt with on a first come, first served basis. Bookings are not confirmed until payment in full has been received.

This form allows schools to apply for schools tickets from the 4th December – 14th December (Mon – Thursday). Please note we only have 11:00, 12:15 and some 13:30 sessions available.

Schools tickets are available for students aged 8 – 18 inclusive. Schools tickets are not available to any other groups or organisations.

Ticket Prices for 2023 are:
Pupils (8-18YO) £7.00 each
Staff £10.00 each (1 staff ticket free with every 10 students booked)

Please be aware at least 2 staff per group must be on the ice to supervise pupils at ALL times. We can provide ice grips if staff are not confident using ice skates.

    Date of Visit

    Please select a first choice and second choice date / session time. We cannot guarantee availability of any dates. A member of the team will contact you to confirm availability before placing the booking

    Invoicing Details

    If your first or second choice session is available you will be offered the opportunity to book the session.
    Our finance team will then raise an invoice for your visit and email this to your invoicing contact specified below.
    The invoice will need to be paid within 2 weeks of receipt. The reservation will only be confirmed once we have received cleared payment for the amount stated on the invoice.


    Invoicing Details

    Where possible we will always try to allocate a session based on the first and second choice date / time. If neither of these are available one of our school bookings team will be in contact to offer an alternative session.
