Roast vine tomato soup with balsamic syrup (v)
Smoked Faroe Island salmon with horseradish Chantilly and pickled baby beets
Ham hock terrine with homemade piccalilli and sourdough

Traditional roast Suffolk turkey served with pigs in blankets and chestnut and pancetta farce
Herb crusted cod loin with peperonata in prawn and chive butter
Creamed butternut squash with spinach filo wellington and heritage tomato sauce (v)
