TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Management reserves right to inspect bags on entry and exit, and to refuse entry or remove guests for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with any condition of entry.
  2. iPlay will not be liable for any person in respect to or for the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any persons negligence or otherwise. 
  3. Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  4. Adults / carers are responsible for persons under their supervision. iPlay does not include child minding facilities. 
  5. Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you at the premises must be for personal use only.
  6. Your image may be taken at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials, and you consent to the use of your image for these purposes.
  7. We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your birthday party if you or any guests in your group are late.
  8. The purchasing of birthday party packages and extras may be subject to credit card and other fees. 
  9. Birthday party prices are subject to change without notice due to any changes in government charges, taxes or levies. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
  10. Birthday party booking deposits can be paid through this web site. 
  11. You will be prompted via your chosen email to confirm and pay your outstanding balance THREE days prior your booking. Failure to submit final payment may result in loss of 20% deposit and booking confirmation. 
  12. Smoking is prohibited within the centre and within 4 metres of entry and exit.
  13. A minimum of 7 business days notice is required to receive a refund of the deposit amount.
  14. There is a minimum of 8 guests required for each birthday party booking.  Parties of 7 and under will not be booked. 
  15. 30 minutes of all party packages (aside from Albert Street) include time in our party area. Party areas are only reserved for 30 minutes at the end or start of your booking unless discussed / approved with a manager prior.  
  16. Platters cannot be cancelled within three days of the party.
  17. Food and extra play can be added per person while in store on party date but subject to availability. We recommend you add on when you confirm and pay online 3 days prior. 
  18. All arcade games have a 60 second delay between swipes. This is to ensure there is no play card sharing. 
  19. A Party Supervisor will manage your booking and party.  
  20. Dodgems have a minimum height of 120cm to be a passenger and 130cm+ to drive. Parents / supervisors can drive their children if they meet height passenger required. No additional charge. No riding on laps. 
  21. Laser Tag has no height restriction but at the parents / supervisors discretion.  
  22. Bowling Parties do run simultaneously. Please be mindful of space sharing. 
  23. iPlay adheres to all dietary requirements. You must CALL your store manager and discuss your restrictions 3 days prior. 
  24. For venues with Cafes  (Whitfords, Pacific Fair and Belconnen) – due to food licensing you are NOT permitted to BYO snacks and food items including drinks. (Excluding cake). 
  25. For urgent cancellations, you must CALL your store directly. Emails will not accepted for cancellations outside the 7 day time limit. 
  26. There are no refunds on Time Packs once the cards have been activated. 
  27. iPlay do not refund or exchange gift vouchers for cash, store credit or prizes. 
  28. iPlay does not stock major redemption prizes on site. They are ordered at a Head Office level. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your prize to be sent to your nominated address or store pick up. 
  29. iPlay is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in their venues. 
  30. iPlay offers paper cups, plates, napkins and table cloths for party bookings. All themed decorations, balloons and other items must be bought in by the parent / supervisor. 
  31. You are not permitted to bring  animals (unless registered service animal) or weapons into an iPlay store. 
  32. If your behaviour is deemed inappropriate, or you’re being a nuisance to others, you will be asked to leave immediately. 
  33. Threatening staff or other customers will result in a lifetime ban from all iPlay locations. 
  34. Damaging iPlay property will result in a lifetime ban from all iPlay locations. 
  35. Filling in competition or VIP forms will result in your email being added to the national database. Please select UNSUBSCRIBE option at bottom of monthly newsletters. 
  36. iPlay reserves the right to change and / or update promotions, parties and prices. 
  37. iPlay reserves the right to alternate games through out venues to keep stores on trend and adhering to consumer demand. 
  38. Cleanliness and hygiene is very important to us in delivering our key principles of safety cleanliness, quality and superior customer service. Therefore we ask you to help us keep it this way. If any food or drink is accidentally spilled, please advise us immediately. Whilst our toilets and change rooms are inspected regularly, if you are not satisfied, please advise us.
  39. iPlay does not redeem tickets for in store game credit. 

Donations are not issued at a store level. Donations must be submitted to Head Office with the appropriate form:
