Allow your customers to order from their phone to their table
Now is the time for businesses in the nightlife and hospitality industry to prepare for a post-COVID-19 reopening.

Now is the time for businesses in the nightlife and hospitality industry to prepare for a post-COVID-19 reopening.
If you’re finding it difficult to know how to prepare your business for post-COVID-19 life, you’re not alone. Here at Licklist, we’ve been working behind the scenes to make it all as easy as possible for businesses.
One way we are doing this is by offering a mobile ordering app for all hospitality venues. This is really simple and efficient and allows your customers to order food and drink from their phone directly to their table. This minimises direct contact between staff and customers.
Simply upload your menu to the Licklist app and customers can order and pay using their phone from their table. You also have the option to have your own unique url or link directly to your website, meaning customers can still order without even downloading an app.
A customer simply selects their table, chooses the food and drink they wish to order and makes a payment. Their card details are stored so they only need to enter them once. They can also use the re-order button to order the same round again.
You have access to your own dashboard to have behind the bar or in the kitchen. See orders come through in real time and mark them as complete once they have been actioned. You also have the ability to amend and refund orders too.
You capture names, emails, mobile numbers and DOB’s from everyone who makes an order. You can then use this data for email and sms campaigns in the future. Capturing DOB’s also allows you to run specific birthday campaigns. You can be even more targetted and run campaigns based on what a customer has previously ordered.
Licklist loyalty has been proven to increase spend per head by 13%. A customer earns 10 points for every £1 they spend. You can then run rewards based on a set number of points. Outside of being a great way to drive loyalty it also increases spend per head as customers spend extra to reach their next reward. Loyalty will now be more important than ever with potentially less customers available making repeat business paramount.
Licklist make a daily payment at midday. This includes all your takings for the previous 24 hours. For example all of your takings from Saturday will be processed at midday on Sunday.
Licklist charge no setup costs and just charge a fee of 1.5% + 20p per transaction. You have the option to absorb this cost yourself or add onto the customer by way of a transaction fee. For example a £20 order would only cost the customer an extra 50p.
If you’d rather create your own app for mobile ordering Licklist can cater for this too. As well as integrations into your website so you can direct customers to your own channels. This is perfect if you would rather link customers to a specific url meaning there is no need for them to download an app. The booking journey and process remains the same regardless of which option you choose. Customise the booking journey with your own styling and branding to suit your venue.
POS with your brand and logo on. Directing people to download the app or visit your web page to access your menu and pay. You can also use QR codes to make it even easier.
If you operate your kitchen from a printer we can integrate your dashboard to your printer. Meaning any order that goes through to your dashboard can also be sent to your printer making it easier to manage orders between kitchen staff and front of house.
Complete the form if you want to receive more information, arrange a demo or get setup. A member of the Licklist team will be in touch within 2 hours.
