Terms & Conditions

* The Company reserves the right to refuse admission to the Ice Rink and Winter Wonderland.
* Tickets purchased online are delivered to the email address you provide when you order, you are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide is correct and accessible. You are advised to check your booking details and tickets upon receipt. We will not be responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen

* PAYMENT – You must pay us the price of the tickets ordered at the time of your order together with any applicable booking fees

*REFUNDS AND RE-SALES– Once purchased, tickets cannot be resold, transferred or returned.

* Tickets may be exchanged for a future date of equivalent value, up to 24 hours before the booked session is due to take place. We reserve the right to charge a fee for ticket exchanges. Ticket exchanges must be made by accessing your online account. We reserve the right to refuse any requests made to exchange a ticket less than 24 hours before the session is due to take place. Requests to exchange any tickets received within 24 hours of the booked session taking place will not be exchanged or refunded.

* By entering the site visitors consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors attending ALL the Attractions at the Venue and consent to such photographs, films or recordings being used by the company to publicise the event or any future event.

*For the safety and well being of ALL the company shall be entitled to conduct security searches of visitors.

* Our Ice Rink is suitable for ALL WEATHER Skating, there may be rare occasions when bad weather conditions disrupt safe operation. In the unlikely event any session is cancelled or curtailed refunds will only be given if such cancellation or curtailment occurs after less than 30 minutes of skating time has taken place in the session in which case ticket holders will be offered alternative sessions (subject to availability)

* ASSUMPTION OF RISK – Skating is undertaken entirely at the skater’s own risk. You acknowledge and understand that ice is a slippery surface and there are many risks inherent to ice skating, including but not limited to, personal injury. If you, or any member of your group, has an existing health or medical condition, existing or past injury, mobility limitations, are pregnant or are taking prescription medication, you should consider carefully whether it is safe for you or your group member to participate in ice skating and consider consulting a doctor. Skating rules are displayed at the venue and must be obeyed, anyone not following the rules will be asked to leave and shall not be entitled to return or receive a refund.

* The company shall be entitled to remove anyone from the venue or any attraction at any time who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who in the reasonable option of the company is conducting themselves in an inappropriate manner.

* Smoking, eating, drinking and the use of photographic, recording devices including mobile phones is prohibited whilst skating or riding (unless permission is acquired) for Health & Safety reasons.

* ALL tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and licensing laws.

* The company will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

* Visitors are responsible for attending their session, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session time starts. The company is not liable if the visitor arrives late for any reason and misses their session. The Company is not obliged to refund tickets or reallocate a new session time.

* Skating sessions are 1 hour long this time includes collecting and returning Skates.

* By entering the site visitors consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors attending ALL the Attractions at the Venue and consent to such photographs, films or recordings being used by the company to publicise the event or any future event.
* 24H CCTV Cameras are in use across the site including the ice surface for health and safety, insurance and fraudulent claim purposes. All video images and audio is kept for a minimum of 6 years.

* SKATING AGE – Children under 3 are not permitted on the ice. Children between 3 and 12 years old (inclusive) must be accompanied by a responsible Adult / Guardian on the ice when ice skating. The company reserves the right to refuse entry to the ice rink for any customer under this sage requirement.

* Wheelchair access – The Ice Rink does cater for wheelchair users, providing they are accompanied by a carer. The Company does not provide a carer, nor have the Staffing capacity to provide a carer.

* Disabled users – The Ice Rink does cater for wheelchair users, providing they are accompanied by a carer. The Company does not provide a carer, nor have the Staffing capacity to provide a carer.

* DATA PROTECTION – We will collect and process your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable data protection laws. As part of our booking and customer management system, we will retain the details of your transaction on our database in order to provide a record of your transaction and to facilitate the correct handling of it and any future bookings. Your contact information may be used to provide you with further information about your booking.
* All Customers that Ice Skate or enter any part of the venue do so at their own risk and the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage other than death or personal injury airing from the company’s negligence.

The company accepts no responsibility for damage, loss or theft of any personal property that occurs whilst ticket holders are enjoying the event or any part of the site or in any part of the site structures.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions imposed by any ticket agency these terms and conditions shall prevail.
